Service Advisor
A fast paced service department is looking for a dynamic person to meet and exceed customer’s expectations, process repair orders, and deal with high volumes of customers. Previous experience in a service environment is required. Candidate must be able to multitask, be a team player, and be computer literate. Pay can be hourly or commission.
Lead Parts Counter Associate
Looking for a Parts Counter Associate who can handle Parts accessory and apparel sales as well as handle shipping and receiving and answering the phones. Candidate must be courteous, have a positive attitude, and be a team player. Salesmanship and product knowledge is equally as important as inventory control and perfect documentation. Customer service is most important at BMW and all candidates must have a desire to please the customer. Previous Parts Department experience, extensive motorcycle, Lightspeed experience, and/or BMW/Vespa experience are a plus. Responsibilities include: customer service, stocking, answering phones, cashiering, shipping & receiving, and taking orders. This is a full time position. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Warranty Clerk
A fast paced service department is looking for a dynamic person to process warranty claims, process repair orders, answer phones, file, and act as a back up service advisor. Entry level Technician/Porter
This position is available to a wide range of skill levels. A California Class C license with a clean record is a must. Job duties and benefits all depend on your skill level but could include washing motorcycles, detailing motorcycles, maintenance of the service department and lot, uncrate motorcycles, unload deliveries, repairing and maintaining BMW motorcycles and Vespa scooters. Hand tools, an M1 endorsement, and forklift certification is a plus. Full time or part time is available. Pay and benefits are based on experience and employment status, usually $8/hour for no experience to $21.70/hour for proficient BMW technicians. Flat rate pay is available when proficiency is shown. We provide training from entry level through Master Technician. Training includes hands on, web based, and classroom training. This is the way to become a high paid motorcycle technician and get paid while you learn.

Parts Manager
Experienced Parts Manager needed to manage a fast paced parts department. Requirements are to meet and exceed customer’s expectations, process invoices, help and oversee receiving, manage inventory control, purchase parts and apparel inventory, deal with high volumes of customers, and manage 5 employees. Candidates must have experience with motorcycle parts and apparel. Candidates must also be able to multitask, be a team player, and be computer literate. Experience with BMW, and/or Lightspeed is a plus. A history of long time positions is a definite plus.
Sales
Experienced Sales person needed to sell BMW Motorcycles. Candidates must be professional, friendly, detail orientated, and be able to multitask. Duties would include selling motorcycles, preparing finance packages, DMV documentation, and offering extra services and products.
