Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at www.brownmotorworks.net. To make an exchange or return please refer to the below procedures.
Please remember that the Return and Exchange Policy described below is only applicable to online purchases made through www.brownmotorworks.net.


» Sales outside the 48 states of the U.S.A. :

All shipping prices are intended for shipment to the 48 states of the U.S.A.. For orders to Hawaii and Alaska please call first (909) 629-2132 and ask for Parts. We do not sell outside the United States from our website. Please contact us us if there is something you would like to purchase. Feel free to contact us for questions..


» Online Purchase Return Policy:

Customers are completely responsible for selecting the size that best fits them. At no point does Brown Motor Works accept responsibility for any sizing discrepancies. All sizing chart are supplied by the manufacturers. If you have any questions please ask before you buy. You can also stop buy our store for a professional fitting before purchase.

If any item purchased at www.brownmotorworks.net, other than gift certificates, undergarments, and items marked as "Sale Items," fails to meet your expectation, then

a. It may be returned to the Brown Motor Works store in person for an exact replacement (if available) or exchange.

OR

b. It may be returned by mail to the address below for a refund minus a restocking fee of 25% not to exceed $20.00.

Please note again, however, that gifts certificates, undergarments, and items marked as "Sale Items or Close Out " are FINAL SALE items and therefore CANNOT be returned.

All merchandise must be unworn, with original manufacturer's tags & markings intact, and be accompanied by the original invoice. Please note that refunds are available only electronically to your original payment source or we may issue you a check at our option.

» Returns by Mail and Exchanges:
Returns by mail for a refund is only applicable to online purchases made through www.brownbmw.com

1. Send an email to with in 5 days of receiving your purchase and state your need for a return or exchange. You will receive a reply to your email within the next 4 working days authorizing your return or exchange. All packages must be received by Brown Motor Works within 5 days of the authorized.

2. Print the reply and insert in your return package. Please attach to your packing slip or invoice and return to the address below.

3. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original packaging - a must!!!!) and include the documents mentioned above. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping fees both to Brown Motor Works and back to you from Brown Motor Works for exchanges, regardless of the reason for the return or exchange.

5. When returning by mail, allow 2-3 weeks from your shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

1. You may return or exchange any online-purchased merchandise other than gift certificates, undergarments, and items marked as "Sale Items" to Brown Motor Works's retail location.

2. Your original invoice must be presented at the time of return or exchange.
