The ConnectedRide Navigator is a part of the MyBMW Cloud that allows you to synchronize all routes, planned routes, and recordings between the BMW Motorrad app and the navigator using your personal BMW ID. These details are also available in the BMW Motorrad app; you can access them anywhere and anytime. You can easily connect the navigator to the internet to update it anytime, ensuring the navigator’s function and maps are consistently updated.
The 5.5-inch touchscreen display available on the BMW motorcycles is very bright and ensures better readability in direct sunlight. The ConnectedRide Navigation is seamlessly integrated with motorcycle displays and the complete BMW Motorrad world of experience.Â
The perfect harmonization of the user interaction and graphic design facilitates smooth integration into the TFT screen’s operating concept and the ConnectedRide Navigator. The BMW Motorrad ConnectedRide Navigator can be updated through the BMW Motorrad systems since the app was developed in-house. You must install updates directly on the BMW Motorrad ConnectedRide Navigator; all you need is an online data connection.
The new BMW Motorrad ConnectedRide Navigator’s software and hardware are compatible with all BMW motorcycle models from 2014 and above. However, this software and hardware are only compatible with your old motorcycle if it has a multi-controller and you have installed the navigation preparation on it or if you have it retrofitted with original BMW Motorrad Accessories.
